Option B – The Manual Maintenance Option

If you prefer to remain with your current carrier or use another carrier, keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for manually updating your property manager each time your policy renews or changes.

This is required to ensure you stay lease-compliant and avoid unexpected fees.
